Tara Campbell

Tara Campbell reports for Global News weekdays during “Evening News” at 6.00 pm, “Prime News” at 10.00 pm and “News Final” at 11.00 pm. She is Global’s late night video journalist; the only late night journalist in Regina.

Tara was raised in Ladner, British Columbia. She got her start as a reporter at a newspaper on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia. She also freelanced for the Globe and Mail, before moving on to a daily paper in Vancouver. After a few years working in print, she made the move into television and found herself moving to Prince Albert, Saskatchewan to report for the Prince Albert Daily Herald. She moved from a volunteer to full time position with Shaw Saskatoon before reporting for CTV Prince Albert.

She enjoys running and spends much time catching up on news from across the country and around the world. Tara likes to read and is always listening to great music.
