EXCLUSIVE: New Super Wal-Mart nearly open

On Wednesday the doors will close for the final time at Wal-Mart's Southland Mall location, and shoppers will be let into the giant new super centre just off the Lewvan at Gordon road. At 175,000 square feet the new location includes a full grocery store, including produce, as well as an expanded electronics department.

As for the Southland Mall location a spokesperson says a multi-million dollar renovation plan is in the works to attract more retailers to the now empty 145,000 square feet of space, although that plan has yet to be finalized.
